What is your cancellation policy?
**COVID UPDATE** In addition to the cancellation policy below, guests will receive a full refund in the case of Covid Restrictions as follows: up to the date of your arrival, if the public health unit covering the Town of Blue Mountains (Grey Bruce Health Unit) is under a Stay at Home or Lockdown order, you receive all of your money back. If such an order is implemented after your arrival, you will receive a refund for any nights that you are not able to stay.
I realize that it is such a difficult time to plan trips! This policy is in place to allow you the peace of mind that, should you not be able to have the vacation you planned due to changing Covid restrictions, you will at least get all your money back!
Cancellations for Any Reason
100% refund for cancellations made more than 30 days before your arrival date
50% refund for cancellations made more than 14 days (but less 30 days) before your arrival date
No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of arrival
How will I be billed for my stay?
You can pay with VISA or Mastercard for your stay. Please note that 50% of the total amount will be charged automatically as soon as you book. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date and you will receive an email reminder before the second payment goes through.
Do you hold a security deposit?
Yes, 2 days prior to your check in, your credit card will have a hold placed on it for a security deposit to cover any damage to the unit. This hold will be released 4 days after your departure date.
What is the policy on parties?
We have a strict no party policy in place for all of our rentals. All of our rentals are adjacent to other properties so, while we encourage celebrations, we must ensure that noise levels do not disturb neighbours. The Town of Blue Mountains has a by-law against excessive noise or activities that disturb neighbours or interfere with their enjoyment of their property. Violation of this by-law may result in a fine from the Town of Blue Mountains which will be the responsibility of the guest renting the unit. Basically, this means don't be loud in your unit after 11pm and when you are outside or on the balcony, be conscious of the fact that, if you are loud, you may be disturbing others enjoyment of their vacation.
What are check in and check out times?
Check in is 4pm and check out is 11am. We try our best to provide early check in and late check out when possible but cannot guarantee due to cleaning schedules and adjacent bookings.
What supplies are provided?
Everything you will need to make your stay comfortable. All properties include linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, first aid kits etc. Kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, spices, cooking oil, tea, coffee etc. All you need to bring are your personal belongings. All of the properties have a private wash and drier with laundry soap.
Do you have Cable TV and Wifi?
Yes, all properties have Rogers VIP cable packages and high speed internet included. The TVs have Netflix, Prime Video and Spotify Premium.
Is parking available?
Yes, all of our properties offer free non-reserved parking for 2-3 vehicles.
Do the properties have BBQs?
Yes, all of our properties have BBQs.
Is there storage room for ski equipment?
Yes, all units have access to a dedicated ski locker for equipment storage.

Is there access to a pool?
The Snowbridge Retreat and Little Blue properties offer free access to a seasonal private neighbourhood pool. This pool is right across the street. Covid protocols mean access is sometimes limited to 20 people, and there may be an online sign up for access but I will keep you updated on the current protocols for when you are visiting.
What is your pet policy?
Your pets are part of your family and are very welcome! I trust that they will be well behaved and that you will ensure nothing in the unit is soiled or damaged. There are vacuums available to pick up pet hair. The properties are inspected after you leave and should any damage or extra cleaning be necessary, you will be informed and any expense this will be taken from the security deposit.
